The vegetable soup, easy!



Ok, ok, i know, you are quite unhappy to see that the first recipe is the soup!
There are 3 reasons:

1) i like soup because it is a mix of many stuff: i wanna my blog will be the same, a mix of the things i like: cooking, photographing, drawing, fashion, reading, writing...and many others!!!

2) after Christmas holidays, when all of us eat too much, we have to be purified and what's better than a vegetables soup? And is started the Carnival, so if you wanna eat frittelle, traditional italian sweets (i will prepare and will show everything) and live without regrets, there's only one way to survive: the soup. Oh yes.

3) The soup is an easy mix that you can realised in a cheap way. Use taste and fantasy! What do you want anymore?

Necessary

onion
carrots
zucchini
peas
cauliflower
potatoes
white cabbage (1/4)
olive oil
salt
pink pepper (not really necessary the pink pepper)

(my vegetables soup is different every time, it depends from what's inside the fridge, but "basics and necessary" are the onion, the carrots and the potaoes).

How to do

for first:
the vegetables have to be washed, peeled and cut.

Then
put all vegetables in a deep pot and cover with water, put salt.

Start cooking
When the soup start boiling, lower the fire at the least, and wait for (about) 40 minutes. Try with the fork to feel the potatoes: if are tender the soup is ready!

i serve with some roasted bread and i add olive oil (and pink pepper).

(sometimes i put in the pot for first the onion with oliv oil, so i fry lightly the onion and then i put the others vegetables, cover with water, put salt and wait).
